On Monday, December 11th, local stakeholders and residents met for a workshop and focus group to discuss challenges and solutions affecting tourism in the area. The workshop is part of a week-long series of sessions related to economic development and housing to encourage growth and rebuild in Aransas County following Hurricane Harvey.
The Tourism session will be immediately followed by a Downtowns Workshop. A few of the sessions are open to the public including a Local Community Workshop tomorrow morning, December 12th, at 9:00AM.
