Aransas County elected officials Mayor Wax of Rockport, Mayor Kendrick of Fulton and County Judge Mills (left to right) greet Governor Abbott who was on hand as Citgo donated 1.4 million dollars to Habitat for Humanity. Habitat will build over 20 homes throughout the community with this generous donation.

Local organizations in Aransas County continue to step forward by planning ways to clean up debris within their community. The Keep Aransas County Beautiful Organization discussed ideas on debris removal and future marine debris cleanup at the Winery on the Bay in Rockport.
