Each section of TxDOT aqua dam is 250 feet long. It is rolled out, hooked to previous section and then water is pumped in to fill it. SH 35 SB at SH 188 in Rockport. https://t.co/kqjmpa3TiH pic.twitter.com/wBogNQp7d1
