| <\/td>\n | <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n Press Release<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Solicitation for Public Comment<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n The Coastal Bend Council of Governments (CBCOG) is seeking input on the Method of Distribution for the approx $160.2M in Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Funds allocated to the region to address damage from Hurricane Harvey. Programs include local Buyout and Acquisition ($34.4M and ($125.8M) for Local Infrastructure. Written and oral comments regarding the Method of Distribution will be taken at a public hearing scheduled for the following date, time and location.<\/p>\n The first Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 19,2018 at.10:00 A.M. at the Aquarium Education Center at Rockport Harbor, 707 Navigation Circle, Rockport, Texas 78382.<\/p>\n The second Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. at Port Aransas, Texas 78373.<\/p>\n Coastal Bend Council of Governments will provide for reasonable accommodations for persons attending CBCOG functions. Requests from persons needing accommodations should be received by CBCOG staff 24-hours prior to each function.
