Small Business Administration Recovery Loans

Aransas County has been declared a disaster area by the Governor of Texas and the President of the United States. The deadline to file an application for an SBA Loan has passed as of November 30, 2017; for more information regarding your existing application you may visit the SBA website below.

  • SBA Website

Small Businesses, small agricultural cooperatives and most private nonprofit organizations located in a declared disaster area who have suffered substantial economic injury may be eligible for an SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL). Within Aransas County, $500,000 in EIDLs has been distributed so far with interest rates as low as 3.305%. Applications must be submitted by May 25th, 2018.
